Rain.

Watching as a drop of rain comes out of nothing,
dropping like everything, 
and spreading with authority. Baffles me
taking a look at the mess and contemplating
what it's purpose really is.

Becoming numb at the look of the
Spectacle the sky is giving the earth,
All your breath condensed in one big gulp,
Thinking if you should inhale the epiphany or freeze the moment.
